Atlantique ont plusieurs noms : Directeurs, exploitants, administrateurs, fournisseurs de services de garde d\u2019enfants \u00e0 domicile, responsables p\u00e9dagogiques \u2013 pour n\u2019en nommer que quelques-uns. Certains poss\u00e8dent leurs centres et emploient de nombreux EPE, d\u2019autres occupent des postes de directeurs ex\u00e9cutifs d\u2019organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif en mati\u00e8re d\u2019apprentissage et de garde des jeunes enfants, et d\u2019autres travaillent depuis leur domicile en tant qu\u2019entrepreneurs ind\u00e9pendants. Les EPE jouent \u00e9galement le r\u00f4le de leaders informels en mentorant leurs pairs et les \u00e9tudiants, et en participant au leadership collaboratif de leur centre.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-font-size:20px;--awb-line-height:28px;--awb-text-font-family:&quot;ProximaNova Light&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p>Peu importe le titre, les leaders en EPE sont des professionnels comp\u00e9tents et d\u00e9vou\u00e9s qui se concentrent sur le service \u00e0 leurs communaut\u00e9s en offrant un apprentissage pr\u00e9scolaire et des soins fiables et de haute qualit\u00e9 pour les enfants.<\/p>\n<p>En 2022, dans le cadre de la deuxi\u00e8me ronde du Laboratoire d\u2019EPE, nous avons men\u00e9 des entrevues avec 18 exploitants, directeurs et administrateurs de centres d\u2019apprentissage pr\u00e9scolaire. Les perspectives offertes par ces leaders ont \u00e9t\u00e9 combin\u00e9es avec des id\u00e9es tir\u00e9es de la recherche men\u00e9e lors de la premi\u00e8re ronde du laboratoire. Ensemble, les donn\u00e9es ont bross\u00e9 un portrait d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des leaders en EPE : ce qui les motive, les parcours qu\u2019ils empruntent vers le leadership et comment ils exercent leur leadership dans leurs r\u00f4les \u2013 en tant que gestionnaires, propri\u00e9taires, responsables p\u00e9dagogiques, leaders pairs ou mentors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div
