de la conception d\u2019innovation. Chaque jour, les EPE travaillent avec les enfants de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9active et adaptative \u2013 essayant de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de soutenir leurs soins et leur apprentissage, recueillant des commentaires des enfants et apportant des ajustements \u00e0 leur environnement et \u00e0 leurs interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Participants in the ECE Lab applied this iterative approach to the sector&#8217;s systemic challenges around recruitment and retention of the ECE workforce. They created eight social innovation prototypes that offer new ways of addressing these challenges. rester dans le secteur, ce qui entra\u00eenerait une augmentation globale de la disponibilit\u00e9 et de la qualit\u00e9 des services de garde d'enfants dans le Canada atlantique.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tester cette th\u00e9orie du changement en posant la question suivante : <b><i>\u00ab Comment pouvons-nous aider les \u00e9ducateurs \u00e0 obtenir des qualifications en EPE tout en s'effor\u00e7ant d'offrir un enseignement pr\u00e9scolaire et des services de garde de qualit\u00e9 ? \u00bb<\/i><\/b> En explorant cette question et en cherchant \u00e0 comprendre les programmes et services potentiels qui pourraient y r\u00e9pondre, les \u00e9quipes du laboratoire ont mis au jour des questions syst\u00e9miques plus profondes et des leviers permettant de modifier les conditions qui influent sur le recrutement et la r\u00e9tention dans le secteur. C'est ainsi que le laboratoire est pass\u00e9 de la recherche d'innovations visant \u00e0 aider les \u00e9ducateurs \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences lors du premier cycle, \u00e0 des innovations qui aident les responsables de l'EPE \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des conditions de travail qui influencent plus efficacement la r\u00e9tention et le recrutement de la main-d'\u0153uvre dans le
